Parents and guardians should note that all Skyward links have been updated following recent state-level technical resolution. To complete enrollment, families are advised to access the system using a computer rather than a mobile device.

How to Register

Families can access the updated Skyward enrollment portal through two main methods:

• Direct Link: Visit the district’s portal directly at ccschools.k12tn.net/ccsstudentenrollment.

• District Website: Go to the main Cumberland County Schools homepage and click the Student Enrollment red button (featuring a red circle with a white computer icon) located at the bottom of the page.

Troubleshooting Tip: If you choose to use the Skyward mobile app and encounter errors, the district recommends deleting the app entirely from your device and reinstalling it to ensure you have the updated configuration.
