Cumberland County Sheriff Deputy Kobe Cox has been named the 2019 “Deputy of the Year” by the Tennessee Highway Safety Office. This award is given in recognition for his extraordinary efforts given every day to serve his community. The award also recognizes Deputy Cox yearly performance well above the requirements of the standard peace officer role and responsibilities.
