Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Hosts Teen Safety Driving Course
Sheriff Casey Cox and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office proudly conducted the another Teen Safety Driving Courses designed to prepare young drivers for the road on October 20, 21st.
This free course covers everything from the Tennessee Driver’s License Manual, including:
Teen Driver’s Permit, restricted license, and Class D license requirements
Rules of the road & traffic signage
Distracted & defensive driving
DUI awareness & special considerations
Sample written test
Practical driving experience — residential driving, school zones, proper parking, acceleration, and braking
Who can attend?
Teens ages 14–18 who want to gain safe driving skills and knowledge.
