Andrea Nicole Haines faces multiple criminal charges in Cumberland County General Sessions Court on May 14, 2026, stemming from several incidents between 2025 and early 2026.

In February 2026, she was identified via surveillance video as entering a storage unit at GoStoreIt without consent on February 11 and stealing approximately $600 worth of items. Most of the stolen property was later recovered. This led to separate warrants for theft and burglary (entering a building other than a habitation and entering a motor vehicle with intent to commit theft).

On August 25, 2025, while being booked into jail on a Failure to Appear warrant, a body scan revealed contraband. Haines admitted to having pills on her person, and officers found a baggie containing approximately 0.51 grams of methamphetamine (white crystalline substance) along with four Oxycodone pills for which she had no prescription.

On March 26, 2025, during a patrol at the Red Roof Inn, officers approached a suspicious Blue Nissan Frontier. Haines, seated in the passenger seat, gave a false name (Whitney Neu/McNeal) and was unable to provide proper identification. Further investigation identified her as Andrea Nicole Haines. During intake and a strip search, she was observed attempting to swallow something, and deputies found a container with two Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10 mg pills. She was also found in possession of the Nissan Frontier, which had been reported stolen by owner Napoleon Gonzalez Perez (valued at around $5,000). He stated she had no permission to possess the vehicle and had previously taken a spare key.

These incidents resulted in charges including theft, burglary, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of controlled substances (Oxycodone) without a prescription. All offenses occurred in Cumberland County, Tennessee.
