CUMBERLAND PLATEAU WATER AUTHORITY GENERAL MANAGER JEFF DYER NAMED TAUD REGION 4 CO-LEADER

Jeff Dyer, general manager of the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority (CPWA), has been appointed as a Region 4 Co-Leader for the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts (TAUD).
Dyer joins Warren County Utility District leader Anthony Pelham in heading the region, bringing leadership experience marked by the rapid growth and consolidation of three utility systems under CPWA, which now serves over 17,000 customers. His stated priorities include strengthening operational efficiency, upgrading local infrastructure, and securing long-term water resources for the area.
“I’m very appreciative of the opportunity to be part of the TAUD team and serve as a Region 4 Co-Leader,” Dyer said. Emphasizing the value of regional cooperation, he noted that utilities achieve better results when they share operational strategies, develop personnel, and plan collaboratively for future demands.
The TAUD welcomed Dyer to the role, highlighting his proven track record of uniting communities and managing sustainable utility growth.
