TWRA says a man fell from a pontoon boat into Norris Lake and drowned last night. The Campbell County Rescue Squad recovered the body of 52-year-old Richard Curry of Jamestown, Ohio. Officials say the boat Curry was on was heading to a fuel dock at Shanghai Marina. Curry reportedly removed his life jacket just before attempting to step onto the fueling dock. He fell into the water and did not resurface.
