DAVID BEATY OFFICIALLY SWORN IN AS CROSSVILLE POLICE CHIEF
Crossville has a new police chief. David Beaty was sworn in as Chief of Police after a Special-Called meeting Tuesday of the City Council. Beaty had been chief for the city for 19 years, from 1996 until he took an early retirement from the position in January of 2015. Rodney Shoap took over from Beaty as interim chief until he resigned in July of 2016 when Lt. Mark Rosser stepped in to become interim chief.
