DEPUTIES FIND HO– USE CONTAINING DRUGS, PARAPHERNALIA AND LEDGER

Cumberland County Deputies discovered a location Sunday that housed drugs and drug-associated paraphernalia. A deputy gained entry into the Tiger Lily Drive home by kicking in a rear door. As officers were clearing the building they saw in plain sight, small batches of marijuana and a crystal-like substance later discovered to be methamphetamine. They also observed syringes and used glass pipes. After obtaining a search warrant, deputies returned to the home and found a paper ledger that had names and monetary values. All items were confiscated and the investigation is ongoing. 30-year-old Tommy Kennedy Hindman, has been charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery/sale of a controlled substance in connection with the incident.
