Cumberland County deputies responded to a home on the 8500 block of Cherokee Trail yesterday for a disturbance. A man told officers he saw a male driving a newer model Chevy truck stealing landscaping rocks from his property. The suspect reportedly pulled a firearm on the property owner after being confronted. The aggressor then fled the scene. The incident is under investigation.
