DETAILS ON YESTERDAY’S OVERTURNED SEMI ON I-40 NEAR CRAB ORCHARD
On October 23, 2025, a traffic incident occurred on I-40 eastbound at mile marker 331 in Cumberland County, involving a 2019 Freightliner driven by 62-year-old Ernest Larson from Iowa.
Larson, who was wearing a seat belt, sustained injuries when his vehicle veered off the left side of the road, overcorrected, and rolled onto its left side. No charges have been filed pending the outcome of the investigation.
There were no passengers in the vehicle, and no additional vehicles or individuals were involved in the incident.
