A Cumberland County General Sessions Court docket outlines the ongoing criminal case against Dimitri Arseno Person, who faces a Class C felony charge of robbery.

According to an arrest warrant filed by Detective Jon Tollett of the Crossville Police Department, officers responded to a robbery call at the Volunteer Gas station located on Peavine Road on June 15, 2025. Investigators report that a male suspect entered the store, demanded money from the clerk, and fled the scene in a vehicle traveling north on Peavine Road after receiving the cash.

Subsequent police investigation identified Person as the individual responsible for the incident. Court records show that a $50,000 bond has been set, and a buccal swab test has been ordered as part of the case proceedings.
