RENZO MACHADA FACES PTD REVIEW IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY FOR FRAUDULENT ID AND CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Renzo Jaimes Machada of Venezuela and Dallas, Texas, is scheduled for a Pre-Trial Diversion (PTD) review in the Cumberland County General Sessions Court on September 17, 2026.
Machada faces charges of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card (up to $1,000) and criminal simulation, backed by an $80,000 bond. Court documents show he is represented by attorney Jeff Vires.
According to an affidavit by Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Donald Seiber, the charges stem from a traffic stop on September 16, 2025. Machada was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for a window tint violation. Following a consented search of the vehicle, Trooper Seiber discovered nine different forms of fraudulent identification hidden beneath the console and dashboard.
The recovered contraband included two fraudulent passports, two fraudulent credit cards, and five other fake identification documents.
