DONATION CUT AGAIN BY ROANE CO. TO CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER

In the past, up to $25,000 was sent by the county to The Child Advocacy Center. But last year, the center saw $6,000 and dropped again to just $3,000 in the current fiscal year budget. The center, located in Loudon County, conducts forensic interviews, medical exams, therapy for children affected by crimes against them. The center serves the 9th judicial district that includes Roane, Loudon, Morgan and Meigs County.
