Roane County officials continue to drop the amount of a donation to an organization that assists children that fall victim to sex predators. In the past, up to $25,000 was sent by the county to The Child Advocacy Center. But last year, the center saw $6,000 and dropped again to just $3,000 in the current fiscal year budget. The center, located in Loudon County, conducts forensic interviews, medical exams, therapy for children affected by crimes against them. The center serves the 9^th judicial district that includes Roane, Loudon, Morgan and Meigs County.
