Troopers went to the scene of a vehicle accident in Cumberland County this morning at the 305 eastbound mile marker. A 2012 Ford Expedition driven by 60-year-old Brian Hinkley of Virginia Beach, Virginia lost control in heavy rainfall, went into the median and struck several small trees before coming to rest. Hinkley, who was restrained, escaped injuries in the crash.
