DRIVER WITH PANTS HALF ON ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES IN FAIRFIELD GLADE
Cumberland County deputies recently responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle on the 100 block of Rugby Place in Fairfield Glade.
Officers encountered the driver, 43-year-old Jason Sherrill of Crab Orchard, who reportedly had his pants pulled off of his right leg.
The arrest report released today states Sherrill put his pants back on and climbed out of the vehicle through the driver door window.
Deputies say Sherrill was unsteady on his feet and making erratic body movements.
A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed a glass pipe, marijuana, and a small amount of heroin.
Sherrill was arrested for the manufacture, sale, delivery, or possession of meth, simple possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
