DRUG BUST TAKES PLACE OUTSIDE OF CROSSVILLE MILITARY M– USEUM
Crossville Police arrested a man Thursday on drug charges. While officers were at the Military Museum on Main St, they made contact with a male subject next door in the Property Assessor’s parking lot. The man, 50-year-old Michael Lynn Schebel, was acting suspicious in nature but agreed to a consent search of his person. A search of a backpack revealed digital scales, two plastic baggies containing 17 grams of marijuana, 3.3 grams of meth and an Oxycodone tablet which he did not have a valid prescription for. Schebel was taken into custody and transported to the Justice Center for booking.
