DRUG TASK FORCE BUSTS “HEROIN HOUSE” FOR SECOND TIME

A task force of the 7th Judicial District recently located heroin during a search of a home which was involved in the same type of crime previously. Authorities had searched the home less than two years ago and found that the resident, 71-year-old James William Donald, was selling heroin. The home is located less than 100 feet away from the Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge on West Outer Drive, which falls into a drug-free zone. CTF Agents reportedly found 10 grams of heroin hidden throughout the home. Donald faces several charges while still awaiting a court date stemming from the first case in which he was involved in from July 2017.
