UNWELCOME VISITOR CALL LEADS TO DRUG BUST IN ROCKWOOD

A Rockwood man was found with over $1400 in cash and nearly 100 prescription pills recently. Rockwood Police were called to the Rocky Top Gas Station for an unwelcome person recently who was nodding off inside the store and refused to leave. When officers arrived, the subject, 44-year-old Barry Green, was walking erratically along Rockwood St. After being stopped, authorities discovered that Green had 31 Oxycodone pills and around 60 Clorazepate pills. He was also carrying $1,431. He was charged with manufacture, delivery, sale of schedule drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and trespassing.
