DRUNK MAN GOES NIGHT DIGGING
On Wednesday last week around 5:30 a.m., Crossville police units were dispatched to the area of Myrtle Avenue about a man by the name of Frank Quince digging up dirt on the side of the road.
Upon arriving in the area Officer Corey Kelsch observed Quince to be unsteady on his feet, standing partially in the roadway and digging up dirt near the sidewalk. He was swaying from side to side and making spontaneous utterances.
Quince was determined to be under the influence of a mind-altering substance and placed into custody for his and the public’s safety. He was transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center for booking and charged with public intoxication.
