A White County man is facing his 8^th DUI charge following a short vehicle pursuit Sunday. Officers finally stopped 43-year-old Richard Dunham, Jr. at a business off of Highway 111. Dunham had to be forcibly removed from his Nissan Sentra after he allegedly refused to comply with commands to exit the vehicle. He was also charged with simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, evading arrest, and leaving the scene of an accident.
