Early voting continues for the upcoming August 6, 2020 election. Roane County election officials says as of 3 p.m. eastern today (July 22, 2020), a total of 2,514 cast their ballots. The number is slightly lower in Cumberland County as of 3 p.m. central with 2,487. Roane County voters can go to the Kingston, Rockwood or Harriman Community Center or First Christian Church on Gum Hollow Road. In Cumberland County, you may cast your ballot at the Election Commission office in Crossville from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. Early voting runs until August 1, 2020.
