A man has been indicted by a Cumberland County grand jury for three counts of statutory rape. Court documents state 21-year-old David Clinton Elliott had sexual relations with a then 15-year-old female between March and May of last year. Elliott is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in Cumberland County criminal court next month.
