The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangered child alert for 18-year-old Brandon Wayne who is missing from Harriman. Brandon is a Caucasian male, standing 5’5”, weighs 120 pounds and has green eyes and brown hair. Brandon has a known medical concern and requires specialized care.
