According to a report by the Glade Sun, eligible voters of the Fairfield Glade Community Club (FGCC) will receive ballots via email or mail for the upcoming election this week. Members are voting on one at-large director position, choosing between incumbent Bruce Horn and Isaac Zuercher, while the declarant director and interval owner director positions are unopposed.

Additionally, members will vote on an amendment to the Covenants and Restrictions. Voting can be done electronically via email or through paper ballots, with three paper ballot types available: allocated ballots for members owning multiple properties, proxy ballots for those assigning their vote, and replacement ballots, all obtainable through Member Records ([email protected]).

Paper ballots must be requested in time to meet the September 5, 2025, deadline, when ballots must be postmarked or received electronically. Unsigned paper ballots will be rejected, and detailed instructions accompany each ballot. Only one voting method is permitted per voter.

Election results will be announced at the FGCC annual meeting on September 19, 2025, at 10 a.m. in The Center.
