Crossville police responded yesterday to the 700 block of West Avenue for a suspicious yet familiar suspect.

Upon arrival, officers recognized 52-year-old Frank Henry Quince of Crossville from previous encounters.

While talking to Quince, an officer reportedly noticed a syringe sticking out of his shoe.

Quince allegedly told police he found it on the ground.

A consent search of Quince reportedly revealed a bag containing meth.

He was charged with simple possession of a drug.

Court records show Quince has been arrested numerous times in Crossville on various charges.
