FATAL HOUSE FIRE IN MCMINN COUNTY KILLS TWO; ARSON INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY
Two people were killed in a house fire in McMinn County, Tennessee, on Tuesday evening, December 16, 2025. Emergency responders arrived at the home along Highway 163 (also known as State Route 163) near the intersection with County Road 850 around 6:15 p.m., where the intense blaze prompted a partial road closure.
After containing the fire, authorities discovered two bodies inside the structure. The victims have not been publicly identified as of the latest reports.
