FBI LOOKING TO FUND AND BUILD A FIRING RANGE IN LOUDON COUNTY

The FBI is looking at funding and building a firing range in Loudon County. Two parcels are being considered next to Matlock Bend Landfill off Highway 72. The FBI will make a final decision on the site within a month. It will have three 20-lane ranges with turning targets for use only by the FBI and local law enforcement, as well as classroom training.
