Cumberland County first responders went to the scene of an accident Saturday on Plateau Road near Linder Loop. A FedEx vehicle operated by 44-year-old Amber J. Weatherly of Walling, Tennessee was traveling west and lost control because of snow and ice on the road. The van slid into a ditch and turned over on its side. Weatherly was transported by ambulance to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
