Fentress County Sheriff’s Office is searching for James Kelley Estes.  Estes was part of the work detail at the Fentress County Jail. He was last seen around 8:30 p.m. on 07/25/2024. Estes left on foot and has possibly been picked up in a vehicle. Estes may be traveling with a female companion. He was last seen wearing an orange ball cap, peach-colored shirt, white ball shorts and tennis shoes. Estes has short blond/reddish hair and stands around 5’11, weighing around 210.
