The Fentress County Sheriff’s Office said they would like to send heartfelt condolences to the family of former Sheriff Ray Atkinson. Sheriff Atkinson served as Sheriff of Fentress County from 1998-2006. They said they appreciate his years of service to the community, and to please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21, at 12 Noon at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel, with burial to follow in the Jonesville Cemetery
Family will receive friends on Friday, September 20, from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel.
