The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a fatality accident that took place recently in Fentress County. Troopers say a 2007 Honda Odessey driven by 21-year old Samantha L. Reagan of Jamestown was traveling north on Highway 127 in Grimsley when she crossed over the center lane and hit an oncoming Freightliner truck head on driven by 63-year-old Gary D. Walker of Winfield, Tennessee. Reagan passed away from injuries sustained and a passenger in her vehicle sustained multiple injuries. Walker was reportedly not injured in the accident.
