FIREFIGHTERS RESPOND TO RESIDENTIAL BLAZE ON WEST ROCKWOOD STREET
The Rockwood and Harriman Fire Department responded late last night to a fire in a two-story home on the 400 block of West Rockwood Street.
Authorities say the blaze stayed in the lower portion of the home.
No injuries were reported.
Fire Chief Matt Crabtree asked for the TBI Division of Fire Marshals agency to come and look into the cause of the fire.
Crews were able to put the fire out rather quickly but stayed on the scene for about two hours.
West Rockwood Street at the scene was closed for the fire investigation.
