A first appearance court date is now set for a New York woman charged with second degree murder in Cumberland County. The indictment against 59-year-old Diana Lynn Grosso states she allegedly provided a substance containing fentanyl to 58-year-old Julia Meade of Crossville in July 2018. The victim later passed away from toxic levels of the drug. Authorities went to New York state to bring Grosso back where she was initially placed under a $200,00 bond at the jail. Grosso will be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court August 5, 2020.
