Crossville police reportedly observed a motorist traveling at over 70 miles per hour south on North Main Street near Sonic late yesterday morning. A pursuit started and the driver, 20-year-old Claude Alex Ford, allegedly put several motorists in danger with sudden lane changes with no signaling during the chase. Ford turned onto Elmore Road and stopped at the intersection with West Avenue. He was arrested for reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
