FORMER CLARKRANGE BASEBALL COACH CLEARED OF CHARGES
A former Clarkrange High School baseball coach in Fentress County has been cleared of charges by a grand jury. The group returned a no true bill against Roger Webb, who was arrested back on March 17, 2016. On that day, Fentress County deputies pulled over Webb and allegedly found a pill bottle containing a schedule II controlled substance. Webb was charged then with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and traffic violations. During the grand jury meeting, Webb was able to produce evidence that the pills were prescribed to him at the time he was pulled over.
