FORMER OLIVER SPRINGS HOUSING AUTHORITY WORKER PLEADS GUILTY TO WIRE FRAUD

A former Oliver Springs Housing Authority employee pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee in Knoxville. Forty-four-year-old Melissa Eula May of Knoxville entered the plea to charge of wire fraud. Sentencing is set for July 18, at 10 a.m. in U.S. District Court in Knoxville.

May admitted using credit cards issued by the Oliver Springs Housing Authority for her own personal expenditures.
