FOSTER SIGNS PROCLAMATION FOR NATIONAL HOSPICE MONTH
Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster, along with Crossville Mayor James Mayberry, has proclaimed November as National Hospice Month. Hospice care provides pain management, symptom control, psychosocial support, and spiritual care to patients and their families when a cure is not possible. The nation’s hospices serve more than 1.5 million people every year and their family caregivers. Hospice of Cumberland County has been serving individuals for 32 years.
