Four people were injured following a four vehicle accident in front of the Pinnacle Pointe Shopping Center (Krogers) in Midtown Tuesday. Officers say the accident sent Roane County Court Clerk Barbara Anthony and her secretary, Bobbie Tipton, to the hospital after the vehichle they were in was struck in the rear by another car. Anthony was transported to Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge while Tipton was taken to U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. Two other drivers of vehicles that were involved, 63-year-old Tracey Forrester of Kingston was not hurt and 75-year-old Bob Jones and passenger Edna Jones were slightly injured.
