Last week a Crossville resident reported the fraudulent use of his Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union debit card. The victim said the bank advised him his account was overdrawn. Someone used his card to withdraw $480 at First Community Bank in Johnson City.

The victim said he didn’t make the withdrawal and doesn’t know how anyone could have done it, as the card was in his possession.
