Wednesday afternoon, Cumberland County deputies arrested 28-year-old Randy James Wheeler of Dowelltown, Tennessee, on an outstanding warrant out of Reno County, Kansas. Wheeler also has outstanding warrants in Van Buren and DeKalb counties in Tennessee. He was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County Justice Center. Dispatch has confirmed from Kansas that they intend to extradite. Wheeler is being held on $200,000 bond and is due to appear in court February 11.
