A fugitive from out of state was discovered yesterday (Monday) already incarcerated in the Cumberland County jail. A routine check revealed 45-year-old Corey Dale Harris of Cookeville was wanted in Jefferson County, Kentucky for felony methamphetamine and other violation charges. Harris was already in jail in a violation of probation warrant. Harris is being held pending extradition back to Kentucky.
