A man centered around an Amber Alert out of Roane County last week remains in a jail as of late yesterday in Georgia awaiting extradition. Henry County, Georgia authorities say 31-year-old Robert Andrew Garren is being held there on a fugitive from justice charge. The TBI continues to investigate the circumstances of 17-year-old Haley Brandenburg leaving Rockwood with Garren. The van the two fled the area in was found unoccupied in downtown Chattanooga last Friday. They were found the next day just south of Atlanta on I-75.
