GARZA TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AFTER BASEBALL BAT INCIDENT

Yesterday, Crossville police went to an apartment on Brenda Lane for a disturbance. The report states 35-year-old Jose Guadalupe Garza of Crossville struck numerous items with a baseball bat. Garza then struck a door to a car with the bat causing the glass to break and grazing a female in the vehicle. Garza was charged with reckless endangerment, public intoxication and served three outstanding warrants.
