Memorial services for Gerda Helbig Humphries, age 81, will be held Monday, April 10, 2017 at 1 PM at Christ Lutheran Church in Fairfield Glade. Burial will be at a later date in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from noon until 1 PM. Survivors include her husband, Harold Humphries; son: David Humphries; daughter: Karen Porter; grandchildren: Matthew Porter, Rebecca Porter, Hannah Porter, Daniel Porter and Leah Porter; and 2 great-grandchildren.
