HALL ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION IN CROSSVILLE
Crossville police responded to an area on Woodhaven Drive yesterday to a suspicious person knocking on doors of residences. Officers encountered 29-year-old Justin Hall of Crossville who was not wearing a shirt in temperatures in the low 30’s. Hall stated he was out jogging but claimed to see people standing in windows that were actually not there. As the officer walked Hall to the police cruiser, Hall reportedly asked the officer if he saw cats, rabbits and squirrels running around their feet, which there were none. Upon a consent search of Hall, police reportedly found a syringe and a small container containing meth residue. Hall claimed he picked up the items prior to police arriving. Hall was charged with public intoxication.
