A Cumberland County man was taken into custody Tuesday following an indictment for rape. Court papers state 19-year-old Tyler Dixon Hancock of Crossville did unlawfully and intentionally forced himself on a female without her consent. Hancock is scheduled to be arraigned on the charge in court September 14, 2018.
