HARRIMAN CITY COUNCILMAN AND SON CHARGED IN MR. CLEAN PARTY SHOOTING CASE

Kingston, TN (Tuesday, October 7, 2025) – District Attorney Russell Johnson presented certain aspects of the TBI investigation regarding the August 30th party at the Harriman Mr. Clean Detail Shop owned by Brian Frost to a special meeting of the Roane County on Tuesday.
The focus of this meeting of the grand jury was on the roles of Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost and his son Harriman firefighter Bradley Frost, as well as the role of Tony Williams, the friend of Riley Pawlick who is the juvenile charged with the murder of Holden Howse at that party.
The grand jury approved the new bill charges that were presented by the District Attorney and were testified to by TBI charging multiple counts against City Councilman Brian Frost, the owner of the Mr. Clean where the party with underage teenagers with alcohol, firearms, and marijuana vape pens were allegedly involved and ultimately resulted in the alleged shooting death of 18-year-old Holden Howse.
Brian Frost was indicted for multiple counts of tampering with evidence, coercion of a witness, as well as a single count of official misconduct, for a total of 13 counts.
Bradley Frost was indicted with 14 counts of furnishing alcohol to minors, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count of possession of a firearm while under the influence.
Tony Williams was indicted with one count of accessory-after-the fact for his alleged involvement in driving the ‘getaway’ vehicle with the alleged shooter Riley Pawlick.
The already charged and ongoing case involving the juvenile petition charging Riley Pawlick with the murder is still pending in Roane County Juvenile Court awaiting the result of court ordered mental health evaluations that were ordered by Judge Terry Stevens at an initial public hearing after the shooting. The juvenile Pawlick was later ordered to continue to be detained in custody by Judge Dennis Humphrey after a public preliminary hearing on the detention issue. Once the mental evaluation reports are returned, a hearing on the issue of transfer to adult court for Pawlick will be held in front of Judge Humphrey. This transfer hearing has not yet been scheduled.
Roane County Sheriff’s Office made arrests earlier today on Brian Frost and Bradley Frost on their indicted charges and Tony Williams was also taken into custody by Harriman Police Department at TBI’s request.
The Court set their bonds at $10,000 for Brian Frost, $5,000 for Bradley Frost and $2,000 for Tony Williams.
