A teen who shot and killed his sister’s boyfriend in Roane County last year may be tried as an adult. Jacob Kinney was 15 when the incident took place at a Byrd Ave. home. 23-year-old Marstratton Gordon was shot by Kinney during an altercation with Kinney’s sister. The youth, who is charged with second degree murder, is set to go before a judge Wednesday (6-14) morning who will determine whether Kinney will be tried as an adult in Criminal Court.
