Crossville police were called early Saturday afternoon (April 18, 2020) to intercept a possible intoxicated driver traveling at a high rate of speed on North Main Street. The arrest report states the driver, 36-year-old Brandy Nicole Hodge of Crossville was running traffic lights and in two minutes went from the old courthouse north to McDonalds. Officers stopped Hodge in front of Sonic where she reportedly failed a sobriety test. Hodge was charged with driving under the influence.
