A homeless man faces drug charges from Crossville Police. Officers were called to an Obed location for suspicious activity. They found two males standing beside parked vehicles. One man stated his name as Kerry Richard Dishman. A small glass cylinder was observed sticking out of the waistband of his pants. After he was asked about the container, it fell onto the ground shattering. Dishman was placed into custody after the object was found to have white residue and burn marks. After finding out Dishman had an outstanding warrant, a search of his person turned up a prescription pill bottle that held several small bags that contained meth. Other prescription narcotics such as Opana and Oxycodone were discovered on his person. Dishman was charged with manufacture, delivery, sale of a controlled substance and having drugs within a drug free zone as he was within the area of a daycare at the time.
